Anticolonial Tech Collective resists any all forms of colonial and imperial rule. This includes institutions, organizations, and corporations that are complicit in present day colonialism.
As students and workers, we acknowledge the role of technology in furthering imperialism and militarism across the globe. We reject the use of our labor for colonial military interventions and occupations.
Within the organization, Anticolonial Tech Collective commits to fostering a community for students and workers within tech and tech adjacent fields to learn, share, and fight towards the end of tech in genocide, colonization, apartheid rule, and warfare.
As such, Anticolonial Tech Collective unequivocally supports the liberation of Palestine. We oppose the use of technology in the occupation of Palestine, for apartheid rule over Palestinians, and in genocide against Palestinians.
Anticolonial Tech Collective rejects racism, Zionism and other colonialist ideologies, colorism, sexism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, ageism, and other implicit or explicit expressions of bigotry.
